1. You will be directed to the payment page on submission of the form. Payment is required now to complete the booking.

2. You will receive an INVITATION email on confirmation for your slot. Note: Slot will get cancelled in case the payment fails or if payment is not received.

3. In case you need to re-schedule your appointment, click on the re-schedule link which is available on the INVITATION Email. One re-schedule is free, subsequent re-scheduling is chargeable at the rate of 50% of the booking amount.

4. In case you need to cancel your appointment, click on the cancel link which is available in the INVITATION email. Cancelation done 24. hours in advance is free, after cancelling, write to us and provide your UPI ID to process refund. A fee of 50% of the booking amount is applicable for cancellation made after this, or for no show / late show.

6. For appointment, bring your complete medical file and bring a list of your allergies and medical conditions along with the list of medication you are currently taking along with any other medical information, diagnostic reports and prescriptions.

8. Consultation and treatment will be at our facility located in Central Park Resorts, Sector 48, Gurugram. India (subject to change). You agree that We reserve the right to cancel bookings and refund you in full without assigning any reasons. You also agree and fully indemnify us that since we provide service in good faith, t his booking does not entitle anyone to claim any kind of loss or damages due to any reason whatsoever.
