Traditional rice bag inspired package designed by Quinn Yamanaka and Lauren Summerhill.

The Rice package designed by Quinn Yamanaka and Lauren Summerhill is in the shape of a bag because we thought it would be a fun and unique way to package the rice. We made our design with the thought of the traditional rice bag packaging used in the countryside of Japan. We collaborated with the 5th graders in 5V to create this beautiful packaging. Rin Nakamura and Kailah Cornute created the illustrations, and Elena Silecchia wrote the Rice Service story.
