Use a solid background, take the photo chest up, and avoid as little shadow on your face as possible. No headwear, jewelry(piercings allowed), glasses, headphones, etc. Photo must be in color

We highly suggest having another person take a photo of you with proper lighting to eliminate as much shadow from your face. Shadows on your face is the easiest way to get your ID taken.
