How to Use
Mix one measure of MTR instant dosa mix with 1-1/2 measures of water
Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10mins
Heat a non-stick frying pan or tava till it becomes hot
Put one spoon of oil and spread it on the pan
Store in a clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture.
