Memoriam Art Order Form

  • Instructions: Fill out each section as thoroughly as possible. If you run into any issues or have any questions, please contact Sommer Thompson at classicallydrawn@gmail.com

  • Payments: Once you have submitted this form, click on the link that will bring you to a secure transaction screen. This software is run by Payable Inc. and is in partnership with PayPal and Venmo. There will be a 2.9% tax at the checkout due to PayPal policy.

  • Shipping: No shipping needed! Your digital art will be delivered directly to the Email address provided in this form.

  • Terms and Conditions: All deposits made for commission of original art are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Your order will be processed in the sequence it was received. Once received, the artist has up to 21 days to finish the commission. If the artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund. There is a 14-day grace period after the customer receives the finished product for additional edits (excluding the addition of new animals or scenery.) After the grace period has ended all additional requests will be considered a new order, and the customer will be directed to fill out this form again.

Please choose your desired animal(s). If you would like to select multiple species, or do not see your desired choice, please choose Other. Currently we are only offering Big Game animals as defined by the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service.

Please upload 3 photos of your chosen animal(s) here. Be sure to include all three angles (Straight On, Left Side, Right Side) at eye-level to the animal. An example of the correct angles has been provided below. This will not affect the Position/Pose selection above, it is meant to maximize the options the artist has to create your desired product. If this request of 3 photo angles is not possible, please indicate the reason in the comment section at the end of this form.

Your animals(s) will be displayed in the scenery that you choose. You may only purchase ONE scene per order, but each scene may hold up to five animals.
