The flavor in our hatch chile loaf is unreal! We buy our chiles directly from a local vendor who drives to Hatch, NM to get them fresh and then roasts them at the market! Paired with the smoked gouda, this loaf has deep flavor and a buttery taste! The chiles we use are the "medium" hotness, so the bread is not extremely spicy and is a good choice for all members of the family!
