هذه الصفحة مخصصة لخدمة التجهيز المسبق للوصفات؛ حيث يمكنك طلب صرف دوائك والمرور في اليوم التالي لاستلام الوصفة من الصيدلية في الفترة المسائية حيث لا يوجد ازدحام كبير.

حتى تتمكن من الاستفادة من هذه الخدمة، تحتاج للتأكد مما يلي:

1. وجود وصفة نشطة لك على النظام؛ حيث لا يمكن صرف وصفات منتهية الصلاحية، كما لا يُمكِن تجديد الوصفات.
2. التأكد من أنك لم تصرف أدويتك خلال فترة أقل من 3 أسابيع.
3. في حال احتواء وصفتك على أدوية خاضعة للرقابة أو مخدرة فإنه لا يمكن صرفها عن طريق هذه الخدمة.
4. تعبئة البيانات بشكل صحيح؛ حيث أنَّ عدم صحتها قد يعيق إمكانية تحضير وصرف الوصفة.
5. الاستلام يكون في الفترة المسائية (4- 8 مساءًا) فقط ومن صيدلية العيادات الخارجية المتواجدة بالبرج الطبي (مبنى رقم 1).
6. بعد تحضير الوصفة ستظل مدة 48 ساعة بالصيدلية بعدها سوف تلغى الوصفة وتسترجع الأدوية للأرفف وستحتاج لإعادة طلب تحضيرها مرة أخرى.

This page is assigned to the preordered prescription; you may request to dispense your prescription and drop by the next day to collect it from the pharmacy during the afternoon shift working hours avoiding crowdedness.

To use this service; you need to make sure of the following:

1. You have an active prescription; a closed prescription cannot be dispensed nor can be renewed.
2. Make sure you didn’t dispense it in the last 3 weeks.
3. If your prescription contains Controlled or narcotic medicines these will not be dispensed.
4. Make sure your entered DATA is correct otherwise, your prescription will not be dispensed.
5. You may collect your prescription the next day in the afternoon shift (4-8 pm) from the OPD pharmacy in the medical tower (Building NO.1).
6. Your prepared prescription will be available for 48 hours only after the order then will be returned to the shelf and you will need to order it again.
