What is Wellness?

Wellness refers to a state of overall well-being that encompasses various dimensions of a person's life, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. It goes beyond just the absence of illness and emphasizes the pursuit of a balanced and fulfilling life. Achieving wellness involves making conscious choices and adopting behaviors that promote health, vitality, and a sense of purpose. It encompasses factors such as healthy habits, positive relationships, stress management, self-care, and personal growth, with the goal of enhancing the quality of life and enabling individuals to reach their full potential. WFA Club provides you a safe space to nourish wellbeing inside - out, catering for your physical, emotional, mental and general wellness needs at different levels, using different modalities, routines and tools to enrich our committed members. Everyone Needs Wellness: Whether you have any health conditions (like Depression, Anxiety disorder, Lack of sleep, Chronic Pain, High blood pressure, Diabetes, Cancer, Obesity, Autoimmune disorders, Addictions, Asthma, infectious conditions) or not, wellness is definitely good for you, and should be part of your daily routine. What is Addiction? Addiction is a compulsive engagement in substances (such as alcohol, nicotine, opioids, stimulants, etc.) as well as behaviors (like gambling, gaming, or excessive use of the internet), due to loss of control. Addiction can alter brain chemistry, leading to physical and psychological dependence. It affects health, relationships and work; it requires treatment and support system for recovery. This space doubles up as Wellness From Addiction (WFA Club). This is to say that we have here a community where those living with addictions can access professional help and enjoy support while still being anonymous in the entire WELLNESS FOR ALL network. WFA Club therefore is to you whatever name you call it...whether Wellness For All or Wellness From Addiction = WFA Club. Platforms we will be using includes: * Our website ( launching soon) * Telegram - primary meeting place * YouTube * Facebook * Twitter * TikTok * Instagram For a start, we will be using Telegram for most of our in-house meetings including our signature program \~ Wellness Daily.** On Telegram, you can join publicly or privately ( anonymous membership) Wellness For All requires full participation and being active. You will have to strive to always show up especially in our Wellness Daily @5am Other programs and plans will roll out as we progress. Don’t hesitate to share this and invite others in your contact who you deem will benefit from our club.
