2. If you wish to amend your orders, please PM admin for further advice.

3. No cancellation of orders after payment made, thank you for your understanding.

4. Delivery of orders: Week of 27 May, 03 Jun 2024. A whatsapp message will be sent to inform you of the scheduled delivery date.

5. Please note that the meal packs will be delivered frozen. Kindly ensure they are placed into the freezer once you receive from the courier.

6. There is no minimum order for this round.

Meal Pack Preparation:

Choose your preferred method: Hot water bath, Steam, or Microwave. If time allows, defrost the meal pack.

Hot water bath:

1)      Submerge the meal pack in a bowl of hot water for 5-10 minutes.

2)      Tear open the pack and serve.

Steam:

1)      In a thawed state, tear open and pour contents into a bowl.

2)      Steam for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!


Taking Your HLM Meals On the Go:

Choose between two methods for a convenient meal outside:

1.       Prep at Home:

·       Steam the meal at home and transfer it to a thermal flask for on-the-go dining.

2.       Directly On the Go:

·       Keep the meal pack in a cooler bag with ice pack.

·       Request a bowl of hot water from the restaurant or use hot water from a nursing room.

·       Use the hot water bath prep method, serve & enjoy!
