If you didn't get your fill of Panforte over the holidays, we've baked a fresh batch for February that's curing and will be ready for Valentine's! Panforte Nero is made with toasted buckwheat, dark chocolate, figs, hazelnuts and our house blend of freshly ground spices. We use two types of Valhrona chocolate and chestnut honey for maximum richness. Originally popular in Tuscany, today Panforte is a winter favorite throughout Italy. Pairs well with espresso, dessert wine, and cheese. Wrapped in tissue paper and a bow; includes a card with historical details. Stores for up to 2 months. (5 inches; 250g. Gluten-free).
