Welcome to Hot Cocoa Bombs by Maddie 🍫💣! I'm a wife and a mother of three beautiful little girls. I homeschool my girls and work (primarily from home) as an accountant for our family businesses. In November 2020, I started Hot Cocoa Bombs by Maddie 🍫💣! What was supposed to just be a little side hustle for the holiday season ended up booming in to a huge business, something I never could have ever planned for or dreamed up! For the last 2 years, I've burned candles at every end to keep up during cocoa bomb season as well as meet the needs of my family. Now that my girls are getting older, I'm realizing that I can't continue at that pace and keep everyone's cups filled. So, I'm now operating this side hustle on my time. When I have time, I'll make the goods. When I have the goods ready, I'll post the goods right here with inventory restrictions. When they're sold out, they'll automatically be hidden from view!
A little about my goodies... All of my bombs and marshmallows are made completely from scratch, when I have time, as my crazy schedule allows. Most of my cocoa mixes, all of my coffee creamer mixes, all of my marshmallows and my edible cookie dough are made completely from scratch with my own original recipes. The shelf life of cocoa bombs and marshmallows is 2-3 months from the date you select at checkout for pick-up or shipping. Store your cocoa bombs and marshmallows at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, in an airtight container. You definitely won't find hot cocoa bombs, creamer bombs, marshmallows, chocolate covered bites and edible cookie dough like mine in a major retail store!

I am located in Everett, PA. I offer shipping via UPS (unless prohibited by a P.O. Box address, in which case I use USPS) on Mondays. Shipping cost if you're in PA is a flat $10 regardless of item quantity ordered. Shipping cost if you're NOT in PA varies based on the quantity of items ordered ($10 for 1-6 items, $12 for 7-12 items, $15 for 13+ items). If you require shipping, please make sure you fill in all of the appropriate sections on the form.
I am happy to honor special packaging requests free of charge! Unless otherwise noted, I pack orders in the most cost-effective and time-saving manner for me. However, I know that especially around the holidays, my goodies are frequently given as gifts and I LOVE this! So, if you would like your order individually packaged, certain flavors packaged together, etc., please let me know in the notes section at checkout! Be specific! 😊
I DO still accept custom orders! Think baby showers, bridal showers, wedding favors, birthday parties, holiday parties, whatever the occasion may be. As long as I have plenty of notice (think 3-4 weeks notice AT MINIMUM), I will take your custom order. Please reach out sooner than later to discuss!
