This form submission does not require payment upfront. After reviewing your responses, I will contact you to confirm all details and share a sketch or breakdown of your custom order.

For Custom Orders:

A 50% deposit is required after we finalize your order details and I share your custom sketch.
Once I’ve started your item and reached the progress stage (partially constructed – fabrics cut, design started), I will send you a Progress Review (photos or video).
After progress approval, a second 25% payment is required.
When the item is fully completed, I’ll send a Final Review for approval.
The final 25% payment (plus delivery fee if applicable) is due before pick-up or shipping.

Note: The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers my time, labor, and materials. If you decide not to proceed after the Progress Review, no additional payments are required, but the deposit will be retained.

Changes: Minor adjustments may be allowed during the Progress Review. However, major changes after this stage may include additional fees.
