TOS For live2D rigging - about payment

▷Per checkpoint (milestone), a transaction fee will be added for all clients. We have updated our transaction fee policy starting from August 1st, 2025.

Previous policy: 3% fee for U.S. & Canada clients, 5% for others.
New policy: Flat 4% fee for all regions.
This simplifies rates, increases transparency, and fairly covers transaction and currency conversion costs. Charging fees helps minimize losses and maintain service quality.

▷ 2 checkpoints: 50-50 payment plan.

▷ 50% upfront (in which a 10% of total quote will be counted as deposit that is only refundable when conditions are met, see refund policy).

▷ 50% plus any additional revision fee as final balance.

▷ Once the entire head with natural tracking and hair is done, the 50% upfront is no longer refundable.

▷ The full final price is comprise of 50% balance of original quoted price, and as well as any extra revision charge, due within 30 days from the date testing model is sent to you. (NET 30)

▷ The client needs to pay the full final price to receive the final official model file without watermark (moc3 and VTS json).

TOS - 付款和制作流程：

▷我们对交易手续费政策进行了调整。

旧政策：美加客户收 3%，其他地区收 5%。
新政策：所有地区统一收取 4%。
此调整旨在简化费率，提升透明度，同时合理覆盖交易及汇率成本。收取手续费可有效降低亏损，保障服务质量。

▷两个节点：首50%尾50%。

▷首付：对交易目标和预估总价达成双方意见一致后，首50%部分需在开工之前付清，付清后才会进入排单，轮到开工日正式开始制作。总价的50%，总价的10%会从中抽取作为定金。（见退款规定）

▷尾款以及差价：尾50%部分，将在发送内部测试用模型起的30天之内结算（NET30）。从发送给客户测试模型起，这30天视为制作后半的测试期。

▷整个头加头发完成后，首付不退

▷完整价格是指，首付和尾款以及差价的总和。尾款及过程产生差价，截止日在发送测试用模型的30天内。（NET30）

▷ 客户需付清以获取无水印正式版模型（moc3和vts内设置文件）
