At Maya Luxe, we kindly request a 24-hour notice to complete your grocery shopping and arrange delivery. We also appreciate a minimum order of USD$100 to facilitate the process.

In terms of pricing, you can generally expect rates similar to those found in other international tourist destinations. It's important to note that there is a 20% delivery fee applied to the total amount spent.

While we make every effort to accommodate specific brand preferences, please be aware that product availability may vary due to factors such as seasonality and accessibility, especially when it comes to American or European brands in Mexico. Special dietary needs, such as organic, gluten-free, or kosher items, may also pose a challenge, but we have strong partnerships with local suppliers and will strive to fulfill your requests. In the event of any changes to your grocery order, we will inform you before your trip so that you can consider bringing those items with you from home.

We recommend initially purchasing items to cover your first few days, as your preferences may evolve once you're here. Nevertheless, keep this link handy, as we are more than happy to continuously replenish your groceries throughout your stay, allowing you to focus on what truly matters – relaxing by the pool!
