The 8-hour slow roasting process brings out the full flavours of SILVERDALE Beef. Juicy and tender with every bite, this delectable dish will surely impress your friends this Christmas. Accompanied with Jus Au Gras.


Approx 1.2kg (Pre-cooked Weight). Serves 4-5 Pax


Preparation Instructions: Thaw overnight completely (at least 24 hours) in refrigerator. Roast for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 140 degree celsius.
