No changes, cancellation or refund is allowed once payment is made.
Any item that is out of stock will be refunded after we officially close the entire GB.
Dents, tears, creases are possible on boxes/packaging due to shipping and handling and are to be accepted as they are.
No exchange, return or refund (partial or full) if products did not arrive in perfect condition.
No exchange, return or refund (partial or full) if any product received suffered slight damage that does not affect functionality or can be mended/ignored (E.g. small chips, cracks, dents, creases, tears, etc).
Refund will be given to products that suffered more extensive damage but still in usable condition (partial refund) or are damaged beyond usability (full refund) due to shipping. Decision will be at host's or seller's discretion and amount cannot be disputed.
Strictly no exchange or return (unless requested by host under special circumstance and buyer bears shipping cost for exchange / return).
No exchange, return or refund due to any delay in receiving of products.
Replacement, exchange, return (if any), or items with warranty, delivery fee shall be borne by buyer. Alternatively, buyer can drop off or exchange from host's designated locations (Bukit Batok, Jurong, Alexandra Village) at no cost.
We are group buy hosts, not resellers. Any product or warranty issue will be referred back to seller for rectification (if any).
Delivery:
a. AFTER payment is made, no refund is given if buyer changes from parcel delivery to self collect.
b. No request for specific delivery date / date range / on hold / push back of deliveries.
c. No splitting of orders to make self collect possible. Once found out, an admin fee will be levied to combine the orders, and normal parcel delivery fee will apply.
GB host reserves the rights to forfeit free gift without notice if entry does not meet the requirement.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the hosts will be final.
