*Some measures to be taken to clear the stomach at time !!*

It is a natural thing to wake up in the morning to clear the stomach. When the stomach is clean, we also feel fresh. Excreting unnecessary elements from the body is a very important activity for maintaining good health.

*1. Yoghurt and Javas :*

Yogurt contains probiotics, which are very important for proper digestion. Therefore, if the stomach does not clear, curd must be included in the diet. While flax contains soluble fiber that dissolves in water and works to soften the stool. Therefore, linseed chutney, ladoo should also be included in the diet.
