Its distinctive shape — inspired by the traditional Chinese instrument “Pipa” — creates a visually striking presentation and ensures balanced heat distribution throughout the roasting process.

🔥🔥First, at 90-95 degrees, heat the duck 30 minutes

After that, 5-8 minutes, increase the oven temperature to the highest setting, such as 180-200 degrees Celsius, depending on your oven's performance.

Watch the colour of the roasted duck's skin. When it turns golden brown and crispy to your desired consistency, remove it from the oven, let it rest for a minute or two, then chop it into pieces and serve.
