RODEO ENTRY FEES are as follows for each team entered: 8 and Under: $60 per Team or $15 Individually ($10 entry fee with $5 stock charge per participant) 13 and Under; $200 per team or $50 Individually ($40 entry fee with $10 stock charge per participant) 18 and Under: $200 per team or $50 Individually ($40 entry fee with $10 stock charge per participant) PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS for JRRA Rodeo Fees \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*IMPORTANT\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Each payee MUST fill out the payment form BEFORE paying with PayPal. If our association treasurer cannot tell which member(s) payment is for, she will refund your payment, and you will be required to redo it. 1. All rodeo entry fees will be processed through PayPal. 2. Click on the attached link to open the payment form. 3. In the first box on the page, provide the following for EACH contestant: Participant Name, Team Name/s, Age Group/s. \*If you have multiple participants to enter, list them all here. Time-saving tip: highlight and copy this information so you can paste it into the message box on PayPal form. 4. Select the correct age division and quantity of rodeo entries which need to be paid for. 5. At the bottom of the form, please include name, phone number, and email of person making the payment. 6. Review and place order. Click on Pay to be taken to PayPal page to make payment. AT THIS TIME, you will be redirected to a second page, where you MUST select and complete STEP ONE to submit payment via PayPal. Clicking on Step Two without paying will not process your payment. The JRRA PayPal is @OkJRRA under Erica Horn's name. 7. Enter the correct amount to be paid and in the message box paste the info (Name, Team Name/s and Age Group/s for each contestant) you copied in step 3! 8. Please make sure to choose the "Friends and Family" option when finalizing your payment in PayPal. If the "Friends and Family" option isn't utilized, payment will not be accepted, and the contestant will have to redo payment correctly. 9. Send payment. 10. Click Done. Payments must be made before noon on Thursday before the ranch rodeo. Any payments processed by cash or check the day of the rodeo will include a ten dollar processing fee. ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHOD While payment via PayPal is highly encouraged in order to reduce the amount of bookkeeping required to prepare for each rodeo, IF contestants prefer to mail a check, it must be in the rodeo treasure's mailbox on the Thursday before the rodeo. AGAIN, the rodeo treasurer MUST receive payment by Thursday noon to avoid a $10 late fee. The JRRA is not responsible for lost checks, or checks that arrive after the Thursday noon deadline. \* Please make the check out to: JRRA, and add member/s name/s in memo. Mail to Erica Horn, 14139 NS 412 Rd., Delaware, OK 74027 LATE FEES If a team does not enter by 8 PM, the Monday evening before the upcoming rodeo, there will be a late charge of $10 per team, not per member. Please keep in mind that late entries will only be accepted until 8 PM, the Tuesday before the upcoming rodeo. After 8 PM, Tuesday before the upcoming rodeo, books will CLOSE, and no more entries will be accepted. These late fees are due with entry fee payments. Entry fees are due by noon, the Thursday before each rodeo. $10 late fee for any entries paid after this time. The fee is $10, no matter if the participant is on one or two teams.
