Soft sandwich bread for the win! Your kids will love this loaf! It has a soft, thin crust. And you can feel good about them eating it because it is only enriched with avocado oil and honey. Plus, don't tell them but I use a blend of 100% whole wheat flour and spelt flour with my white wheat all-purpose flour to sneak some nutrients into this mostly white flour loaf!
