CANCELLATIONS: No Refunds

SET UP: Vendors may enter and begin setup at 7:00 AM, on Sat. Dec. 14, 2024. (Early setup will be available on the Friday night before) You MUST provide your own tables. Tables WILL NOT be provided from the band.

REGISTRATION: We recommend that you complete your contract as soon as possible to secure a space. No space will be reserved without payment. Space will be assigned by our set-up committee. Space preference will be given to early registers. There are no refunds.

PAYMENT: Due upon completion of this contract.

REQUIREMENTS: Participants will be responsible for decorating their own tables. Tables and table cloths will NOT be provided. You will be responsible for keeping your area clean. We ask that no money be left unattended anywhere throughout the school building. Booths must remain open until 3:00 pm, unless all items are sold, and you must provide your own bank change. Only one retail vendor, for each company will be accepted. (based on first come first accepted)

*We are asking for one craft/product item donation from each vendor, as a door prize. The item will be displayed at your table with the winning ticket number. Customers will be issued a ticket as they enter the show and will visit your table to see if they have won. Please offer a door prize with a value of at least $10*

CONCESSIONS: We will be selling concessions (including coffee, water, and pop) Coffee is free for all crafters and vendors.

PROMOTIONS: If you email a short description and a few pictures of what you are selling to sctrojanbands@gmail.com, we will be happy to post an ad on our Facebook event page letting customers know all about your business. We will start advertising in posts in Nov. 2024.

Our Day of discount is now over, so please note that the prices of all spaces have increased by $5.

We do our best not to place similar crafters next/near to each other, but this is only possible if you are descriptive with the items you are selling.
