In line with the Department's 72nd Anniversary Celebration, the Sustainable Livelihood Program of Field Office VI will showcase the products of its program participants through the SLP Product Exhibit on March 8-10, 2023 at the Field Office grounds.
Products will come from all provinces of Western Visayas and will range from a variety of food and non-food items. To ensure availability of goods and properly record number of items, clients are highly encouraged to request their orders through this Pre-order Form until March 2, 2023 (Thursday).
For clients outside the DSWD Field Office VI community, pre-orders should be coursed and registered under the name of a Field Office VI staff.
Pre-ordered products will then be available for pick-up at the SLP Product Exhibit area on March 8-10, 2023.
