Indulge in the simplistic art of artisan baking with our Organic Simply Sourdough loaf. This loaf is made with 100% organic flours and has a perfect balance of a crispy crust with a soft, flavorful and chewy interior, also known as the crumb. All my sourdough loaves are long fermented 12-36 hours to enhance gluten breakdown, better digestibility and a flavorful sour experience. Baked in traditional boule (round) or batard (oval) shape, sandwich loaf style and midi size.
Ingredients: Organic flour (hard red wheat, malted barley), purified water, sea salt, rice flour (for dusting).
