All my sourdough loaves are long fermented 12-36 hours to enhance gluten breakdown, better digestibility and a flavorful sour experience. Baked in traditional boule (round) or batard (oval) shape.


Ingredients: Organic flour, purified water, sea salt, rice flour (for dusting).
