Strike-A-Paws Pet Photo Contest

In 2024, our community outreach efforts focus on animal welfare. This initiative recognizes the needs of animals in our community by supporting local organizations that lovingly care for and protect both pets and wildlife. And while we’re very serious about the welfare of pets and wildlife, we’re also having a little fun with our furry friends (or non-furry) with our Strike-a-Paws Pet Photo Contest.


Does your pet have what it takes? We’ll see! Use the form below to submit your entry with a photo of your pet striking its best pose. One submission per pet.


Judging: All submitted photos will be posted on Facebook for the Facebook community to decide which three pets had the best pose. Three winners will receive a $100 Visa gift card! Winners will be notified by October 31, 2024, via email.

Strike-A-Paws Official Contest Rules

By submitting your photo to the Bovio Rubino Service Strike-A-Paws Pet Photo Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • By entering your photo into this contest, you grant to Bovio Rubino Service a royalty-free, global and perpetual license to use your photo for any purpose whatsoever, and you represent and warrant that you have the right enter your photo and to grant to Bovio Rubino Service the above-referenced licensed and that your entry of the photo and any and all subsequent use thereof by Bovio Rubino Service does not and will not infringe or otherwise violate any intellectual property, privacy or other right of any third party or violate any law. In addition, you agree that Bovio Rubino Service had no duty or obligation to you or anyone else with respect to the photo, including, but not limited to. Any duty or obligation whatsoever to protect your rights in the photo from unauthorized use by third parties or otherwise.

  • You are entering this contest at your own risk. You agree that, regardless of the outcome, you will not challenge the results of the Bovio Rubino Service Strike-A-Paws Pet Photo Contest (the “Contest”) or file any claims or suits against Bovio Rubino Service, their affiliates, directors, officers, or employees, arising from or related to the contest, and you waive and release all of the foregoing persons and entities from any such claims whatsoever. You agree that Bovio Rubino Service may, in its sole discretion, terminate this contest without any liability to you.

  • You agree that Bovio Rubino Service is not responsible for late or misdirected entries, faulty uploading connections, or technical malfunctions.

  • You agree that Bovio Rubino Service will not pay you for your images, whether you win the contest or not.

  • All animals must be depicted in a humane manner.

  • Any photo that is deemed to be inappropriate or that does not comply with rules will be removed from the contest, without notice or recourse whatsoever.

    All photos submitted will be displayed on Facebook.

Entering the Contest

  • Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of entry.

  • Entry period is from 8:00:00 AM ET on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday, September 30, 2024.

  • Each photo may only have one pet in it. You MUST submit a different entry for each pet. Do not include people in the photo.

  • Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest form. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.

  • Photos of paintings, drawings, or other artistic renderings of pets will not be eligible.

Voting & Prizes

  • Entries will be judged by the Facebook community via Facebook.

  • The winners (3) with the most “likes” will receive a $100 Visa gift card.

  • Winners will be notified no later than Wednesday, October 31, 2024 via e-mail.
