Staying true to tradition, he uses only native Glera grapes, ensuring a genuine expression of the terroir. Frozza rejects commercial yeasts, instead cultivating indigenous strains from local vineyards.
The result is a well-crafted, authentic wine that embodies the Prosecco tradition with its light straw color, fruity and floral bouquet, and vibrant yet balanced character.
