Tasting Notes
Frascole Riserva is a powerful and elegant expression of Chianti Rufina. Its deep ruby color hints at the intensity within. Aromas of spices like cloves and black pepper intertwine with red and dark berry notes, delivering a bouquet that is both complex and inviting. On the palate, it is velvety and full-bodied, with supple tannins and a harmonious structure. Flavors of ripe cherries, plums, and a touch of leather unfold, leading to a long, persistent finish. Decanting is recommended to allow the wine to fully open and reveal its opulent character. Perfect for special evenings, it pairs beautifully with roasted meats, game dishes, or aged cheeses. A wine of great style and depth, perfect for creating lasting memories. Alcohol: 13.0–14.50%
