LCO In Person Appointment Scorecard

This is the Expert Scorecard for shadowing In-Person Appointments. Appointments can be shadowed by Leads and/or SVMs in-person or virtually.

Instructions: 
Checklist: Select a checkmark next to each objective met.
Scale: Apply 1-5 rating for each statement. 
  • 1 = Does not meet any expectations
  • 2 = Does not meet some expectations
  • 3 = Meets expectations
  • 4 = Exceeds expectations
  • 5 = World-class
*Note: If any elements do not apply, give full credit.

The final score is based out of 100 points. Experts can expect feedback from Lead/SVM following each shadowed appointment.
