Reserve a quarter beef for December 2025. This is a cost-effective option for buying a large quantity of meat at one time.
Price is $1100 for a 100 pound box of meat.
Your box will include approx 40 lb ground beef, 32 lb roasts, ribs, & stew meat, 16 lb steaks, 10 lb soup bones, and a couple pounds of liver / heart. Additional bones available upon request
