Youth Discovery Project (ages 13-17*)

HOW IT WORKS:

Our 2024 Youth Discovery Project (for ages 13-17*) is a weekly two-hour series of youth-led workshops. Registration is for either every Tuesday (4-6pm), or every Saturday (1-3pm) throughout a season. This is a drop-off-style class (drop-off sometime within the 15 minutes before class start time). Registration for a single workshop is an option, but we encourage cumulative full-season (or full-year) participation. Registration and programming is designed around three seasons: Spring (14 weeks), Summer (11 weeks), and Fall (11 weeks) – with new, inspiring projects all year long. Full Season Discounts Available.

(* = if you have a 12 year old that would like to join our programming please contact us do discuss which class is best for them between YDP and our Children's Garden Club.)

Participants will be encouraged to help lead on a rotating basis to guide their team to design, create and discover together. With guidance from two instructors and up to two volunteers, we will design, build, craft, cultivate, laugh, and learn while diving into inspiring projects.
