Fresh, crisp, with a hint of brine Muscadet from Tourladiere right on the Atlantic coast. Perfect with seafood or sipping on the ocean.
Dry, cloudy, yeasty, and full of life, with a natural effervescence. It is fresh and fruity after bottling, but ages gracefully into more yeasty, toasty aromas. Made from a blend of Cayuga and Seval grapes from Fingerlakes region, New York.
Classic white Bourgone. Hints of tropical fruits with balanced acidity and subtle creaminess.
This is a pulpy, lively rosé. Simple and with character, it’s shows red fruits and pink grapefruit with a whisper of garrigue notes. An extremely food friendly rosé that would also easily pair with a day in the sun!
Notes of light cherry, brioche, minerals and a touch of blood orange. Delightfully bright and perfect for standing up to food pairing.
The palest of rosés, this is an elegant, structured wine. Its dryness is balanced by the fine apple and red-currant fruits and the strong sense of minerality. Fragrant and lightly structured, this fine bottling is ready to drink. - Wine Enthusiast 92 points
Standing ground amongst Anima Mundi's highest-end offerings, this champagne echoes some elements of a grower champagne (Penedés style). This is a lively, salty, clean, and mineral-driven pet-nat, full of precision and tension.
Intense aromas of jammy dark berries with hints of kirsch and spices. Fresh and clean on the palate, this is a powerful, well structured Beaujolais wine.
Medium body but very lush fruit. Blackberry, with a little bit of that cigar box/cedar/peppery quality in the mid palate along with some dried cherry flavors. The finish is a little bit smoky with more dried cherry and very nice smooth tannins. This is a delicious serious mature wine.
