REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete all required fields below to register.

You must complete a new form for each angler you are registering.

When you are finished registering, payment must be made on Venmo to @TomNess1133, or you will not be fully registered in the tournament. Register using the Venmo app, or by scanning the QR code at the bottom of this registration form.

VENMO PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Please use your first and last name in the description of payment on Venmo.

If you are paying for more than one fisherman, type the first and last names of each person you are registering in the description of payment.

Cost for all anglers is $10.

WEIGH-IN HOURS OF OPERATION

7 AM - 8 PM

Call Tom at (507) 430 - 1408 as early as 6 AM to make weigh-in arrangements

Catfish may NOT be transported off of the MN river AT ANY TIME.
