أداء واجبات السنديك وشراء أساور السباحة من مكتب السنديك قبل دخول فضاء المسبح.
احترام التعليمات المشار إليها في لوحة المسبح وتعليمات معلم السباحة والطاقم المنظم.
احترام أوقات السباحة من الساعة 10 صباحًا إلى 8 مساءً من أجل الصيانة.
عدم اصطحاب الغرباء إلى المسبح وداخل الحديقة.
عدم تأجير شقتي بالإيجار اليومي.
عدم لعب الكرة داخل الحديقة وفي فضاء المسبح.
إخلاء فضاء الحديقة الساعة 12 ليلًا حفاظًا على راحة السكان.
مكتب السنديك غير مسؤول عن أي حادث داخل المسبح، ويقظة الآباء والأمهات ضرورية.

Je soussigné(e), en tant que propriétaire de l'appartement, m'engage à respecter les points suivants :
S'acquitter des frais de syndic et acheter les bracelets de piscine auprès du bureau du syndic avant d'accéder à l'espace piscine.
Respecter les consignes affichées sur le panneau de la piscine ainsi que les instructions du maître-nageur et de l'équipe organisatrice.
Respecter les horaires de la piscine de 10h00 à 20h00 pour permettre la maintenance.
Ne pas emmener d'étrangers à la piscine et dans le jardin.
Ne pas louer mon appartement en location journalière.
Ne pas jouer au ballon dans le jardin et dans l'espace piscine.
Libérer l'espace jardin à minuit pour préserver le calme des résidents.
Le bureau du syndic n'est pas responsable de tout accident survenu dans la piscine, et la vigilance des parents est nécessaire.

I, the undersigned, as the owner of the apartment, commit to the following:
Paying the condominium fees and purchasing pool bracelets from the condominium office before accessing the pool area.
Adhering to the instructions displayed on the pool notice board as well as the instructions from the lifeguard and organizing staff.
Respecting the swimming hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for maintenance purposes.
Not bringing strangers to the pool and within the garden area.
Not renting my apartment on a daily basis.
Not playing ball games in the garden and pool area.
Vacating the garden area by midnight to ensure the residents' peace.
The condominium office is not responsible for any accidents in the pool, and parental supervision is necessary.
