EOBM 2023 Sri Lanka retreat booking and payment form



Dear EOBM members,


Get ready for an unforgettable Sri Lankan adventure that you won't find anywhere else! Here's a look at our amazing itinerary:


Day 1 - Saturday, June 24th: Depart from Bangkok to Colombo. Enjoy lunch and visit historical temples before attending the EO South Asia Leadership Conference welcome dinner event.


Day 2 - Sunday, June 25th: Head to Yala National Park, home to some of the world's best leopards conservation. Enjoy a "glamping" stay at Leopard Trails, a camp founded by one of our EO members. The entire camp will be exclusively for EOBM members.


Day 3 - Monday, June 26th: Experience a day filled with exclusive adventures and events on the camp and in the park. Those who wish to end their retreat will leave for the airport in the evening, while those who choose MyEO Yala will stay an extra night.


Day 4 MyEO Yala - Tuesday, June 27th: Start the morning with a game drive and then check out. Travel to Galle Fort for an afternoon exploration followed by dinner before departing on a night flight back to Bangkok.

  • Ground transportations from the airport to hotel in Columbo (Galle Face hotel) and to Yala national park. Meals and event with EO south Asia.

  • Leopard Trail's all inclusive room, board, alcohol, game drives, park tickets.

  • Departure airport transportation not included. Please add on option below.

  • Air tickets and Visa fee is not included.

Remarks

- 40% non-refundable deposit is due by the 10th of April.

- 60% payment is due by the 30th April.

- We are committed to meeting the budget set forth in the itinerary. However, please be aware that unforeseen surcharges or expenses may occur that were not accounted for. In such events, EOBM reserves the right to inform members of any necessary changes. Rest assured, we will do our best to minimize any additional costs and keep you informed throughout the trip.
