The incident reporting portal is for capturing and documenting operational risk related incidents within Alerzo. The documentation will help us as an organisation to have a database of operational risk related incidents in order to analyse and track incidents as well as identify risks that need to be addressed to forestall similar incidents from occurring in the future.
