Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to process your request.
We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to 30ML roll-ons and 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.
Note:
If the cellophane, testers, or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond how it was when we sent it to you, there might be some small charges.
Regarding perfumes, a small fee applies if it has been used up to 10%. No charges are applicable for almost negligible use, but if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible.
