PSG Tech 95 Batch Reunion

Reunite 95 Participation and Accommodation confirmation

Reunion Dates - Thursday, Aug 1st TO Sunday, Aug 4th of 2024

Day 1 – Thursday, Aug 1st : Resort check-in from 2pm
Day 2 – Friday, Aug 2nd:       Day long program at PSG Tech starting 8.30AM until dinner
                                                  Return to the resort for overnight stay
Day 3 – Saturday, Aug 3rd :  Day long program at the resort
Day 4 – Sunday, Aug 4th :     Checkout 12pm

What is in the form
There are multiple sections to be filled in for self and accompanying guests for
  1. College Event Participation 
  2. Resort Accommodation
  3. Resort Day Event Participation
  4. Sponsorship to ReUnite '95
Please navigate through each section, understand the cost involved and submit the form with relevant information. Also note that the rooms in the resort are limited, we will be able to block accommodation for you once you submit this form and also pay the amount to your respective branch representative.

What has been organised so far
Full Resort has been blocked. 
Transportation by bus has been arranged for Day 2, Friday, 2nd August 2024
  • From the Resort to College in the morning 
  • From College to Resort in the night
How to reach the resort
  • Arrange your own commute to and from the resort.
  • You can also coordinate with the resort travel desk and self-manage payments with them for local transport for pick up/drop off from railway station / airport to the resort. We will provide you the contact details of SR jungle resort as we get closer to the reunion. 
When to submit this form and make payment
  • Submit the form and make payment to your respective branch rep on or before 30-Apr-2024
Early bird offer
Early bird offer of 10% discount when you 
  • Submit the form and make payment to your respective branch rep on or before 15-Mar-2024
This early bird offer is purely to encourage early payments to help to organize the reunion in an efficient and timely manner. The organizing team will have to make advance payments and arrangements to the resort, external event management etc. Please note that the early bird offer is applicable only for payments made by 15-Mar. Regular cost is applicable for the payments from 16-Mar to 30-Apr. 

ReUnite '95 Expense Report 
A final expense report on the expenses incurred for the whole event will be published after the Reunion Event. In the instance of any balance amount, the organizing committee will discuss and arrive at a decision on what needs to be done. The final decision and the details will be shared with everyone.
