Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We are not able to do rush orders at this time however we do our best to fill orders as soon as product is available.

There may be times when an item sells out just before you purchase it on our website. If the website has not had time to update, the item may still show available until we begin to process your order. Should this happen, we will contact you via the email address provided on your offer to offer a similar alternative item or a full refund. It will be your choice. These items sell fast so if you see it and want it, go ahead and order it. Our inventory is constantly changing to keep fresh merchandise available to our customers.

If you are ordering an item that needs a vinal customization. We first ask that if it is a monogram that you select circle or curls and a color. Then if it is a name or monogram to be added, we ask that you write out the person's name completely, or put the initials or Greek letters, in the order in which you want them to appear on the item.

Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct on the form.

We do combine shipping on multiple items purchased at the same time. Shipping is a flat $5.00 per order inside the US. We do not ship outside of the US.
