Sourdough Cottage Micro Bakery

My name is Cyndi and I have been baking sourdough since 2020. I have always loved delicious healthy food, especially bread. When I learned of all the health benefits of sourdough, I was on board with learning the process and making this for my family. Fast forward to 2024, I found myself looking for a new found hobby as an almost empty nester. After lots of encouragement and prayer, what was once an idea, turned into a dream, then became a reality to pursue a home cottage licensed bakery and provide fresh, healthy, delicious sourdough to my community. Here we are still very much learning, experimenting, making mistakes and figuring out this business all while providing this wholesome goodness.
