I keep getting the error below, even after I follow the prompts to link to a new sheet. Please advise how I can get this sorted. Thank you! If you are facing issue multiple times, linking to a new sheets will solve the problem.

In the form we are currently using, we get two different sets of product numbers in the reports. First if we creacte a report 'monthly' 'sales by product', we get the numbers for oct. and nov. If we combine them, we get a DIFFERENT result than the report made by 'create a report' (last option on the reports page) and select on 'product'. We get different results for each product?! Although this should be the same...

A billing issue! I believe I paid for the yearly plan for the formfacade form embeds a couple of months ago but have been charged the monthly rate twice since then as well, so it seems I'm still being charged the monthly plan while also already having paid. I hope you can look into this and let me know. Thanks!

Can't use the extension after installing it.

What is the issue you are facing? Are the addon menu options not displayed when you select the addon or are you getting any error messages when you click on a specific menu option? Please provide the relevant details.

I don't know how to get to my data that is being gathered.

Login to Formfacade > list of your forms will be displayed > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on a response to view the details.

after succesfull payement with stripe, the order is abandoned while I expect it to be submitted

Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the order to view the details > click on the three dots more icon > click Edit > the order will open in a new tab > copy the link in the address bar and send to via email to support@neartail.com

How can i change the currency on a neartail form? I need it to be in GBP which all my forms are, but when I imported from a Google form (which was also in GBP), the imported form is now in USD.

Login to Neartail > list of your forms will be displayed > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the settings gear icon for the submit section > Button settings page will be displayed > select the preferred currency and click Save.

How many times can I use this Whatsapp form for free (Free Plan) without Trial plan or subscribing to the paid plan? Is it 20 forms per month or 20 forms without monthly usage?

Neartail WhatsApp form is a paid product with a 7 day free trial. You get the first 20 responses free during this trial period. If you would like to collect more than 20 responses or continue using it after the trial period ends, you will have to subscribe to the paid plan.

New updates to enhance form security

Our current system already scans forms for malicious content and automatically displays a warning message in unsafe forms. However, due to a recent increase in reports of such forms through email and support channels, we are introducing a new Report Abuse option directly within the form. This new feature will make it easier for users to flag any suspicious activity, helping us respond more quickly. Please note that this option will not appear when embedding the form on your website. Additionally, we're working on a future update that will introduce identification verification for added security when creating websites. This will allow us to remove the report abuse option for verified users and forms. We’ll keep you informed about the upcoming security updates.

Emails are not being sent due to an issue with the AWS account. We are looking into this. In the meantime, you can use the mobile app (https://near.tl/inbox) to get real time notifications for new responses. Update: This issue has been resolved. You should receive email notifications now.

Forms Issue due to Google's ToS violation

Google had incorrectly flagged some of our forms for violating their terms of service. These forms might not have been accessible for 4 hrs on 27-April. We have now resolved this issue. Note: If you are unable to access the form, please refresh the page or try it on a different browser/device.
