Hi Birinder, we offer discounts on annual subscriptions for nonprofits. We can extend similar discounts for your startup. If you are interested, please send an email to support@formfacade.com with the details about your startup and your specific requirements (number of forms, expected responses per month etc).

If you just need it for a short term, please choose the monthly plan, use it for 2 months and then cancel the subscription. Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month. You can cancel it anytime.
